VCF player Mouctar Diakhaby successfully underwent surgery this Friday, January 9, in Valencia. The operation was performed by orthopedic surgeon Ignacio Muñoz Criado under the supervision of Dr. Pedro López, Head of Valencia CF’s Medical Services, to treat an injury to the hamstring muscles of his right leg, sustained during the match against RC Celta de Vigo.
The Valencia CF defender will remain in hospital over the next few hours for routine post-operative monitoring.
